The Endless [2017]

"You're all hunched over like some kind of... James Bond with, scoliosis... trying to... hide a boner!"

Another indie smash hit from Benson and Moorhead, The Endless is a very fun and inventive take on tense, cult science fiction. Masterfully edited to make stressful scenes intense while still managing to make you laugh out loud without ruining the mood, this is a ride well worth taking. I cannot believe the criminally low IMDB score for this film.

In just three years Benson and Moorhead have gone from the relatively choppy pacing of Spring and come out with a professional level production that largely stands up to the big dogs at Hollywood. I can only hope that as time goes on and they gain more fame with their works, that they don't lose their touch or their passion.

The Endless is the perfect example of how far passion and talent can take you in an industry dominated by giants like Universal, Columbia, and Disney. Follow your dreams and always make the best product you can; the product you want, not the product they want. Honesty is what makes these films great.

Grab some beers, get your foil hats, and watch this one with your favorite conspiracy theorist.

"Can you have power over yourself if you give up any amount of authority to something else?"
